Tuscarawas (Tusky) Valley Ohio Bed & Breakfasts, Campgrounds, Hotels, Inns, Log cabin rentals, and Motels.
Step back in time and experience the rich history of the village of Zoar. The Village of Zoar is a well-preserved early 19th-century communal village. Zoar was founded in 1817 by a group of German “Separatists” fleeing religious persecution in their native Wurtemberg, Germany. Built in 1831.
Our Bed & Breakfast is A Haven away from the hustle of busy life nestled in the lush Ohio countryside. Slow down and relax in this beautiful valley with scenic views in every direction. Breathe in the slower pace of the corn fields, the autumn colors, weathered barns, cows grazing in the green fields, or an Amish horse and Buggy passing by. Sit on the front porch and count fire flies or swing under the ancient Oak Tree for which Oak Haven was named.
Glenhaven Cabin opened in January of 2000. It is built on the edge of the Troyer farm in a 6-acre, secluded and private meadow. It is a genuine log cabin, built with logs that were shipped from Montana. It has a cozy, peaceful atmosphere due to its structure and location. Although it may take one back to the days of "Ma & Pa" in the Big Woods, it has all of today's conveniences and amenities from carpeted floors, remote controlled gas fireplace, to satellite TV.
